01 / THE FOOTBALL STORY
The jokes aren’t
the only thing landing.
Most people know William Last KRM for making them laugh. Put a football at his feet, though, and there's another side to the entertainer worth watching.
And no, he's not just there to make up the numbers.
At the 2025 El Kasico curtain raiser at Vosloorus Stadium, William scored twice. Over at Extreme Park in Soweto, he stepped up for a penalty, put it away and gave the celebration a little extra personality.
Of course, not everything goes according to plan.
Scotts Maphuma gets the better of him with a sliding tackle in one match. Touchline sets him up for a chance he can't convert in another. And then there's the AmaTen10 Legends game, where William goes from being down injured to getting back up and scoring.
You couldn't script some of this stuff. Although, knowing William, you wouldn't put it past him.
There's genuine football in the clips as well: the running, the little flicks and the goals. William clearly enjoys being out there, and he's not afraid of a big moment.
His football interest goes beyond celebrity kickabouts. In a June 2025 Daily Sun interview, William explained how a training post from Lindough prompted him to ask about joining Hip Hop FC. He turned up for a session, impressed the group and became part of the team.
It all makes for a very watchable collection: thirteen original Diski Domain videos with goals, missed chances, skills and the kind of moments you would expect when William Last KRM is involved.
The comedy made him famous. His football deserves its own watch.
