Diski Domain is the public-facing name of this independent football media website. For privacy questions, requests or corrections, email admin@diskidomain.com. We do not publish private residential details.
Browsing and external media
The website has no visitor accounts or advertising scripts. Searches stay in your browser and are not saved by this site. The hosting provider may keep access and security logs, including connection information, under its own retention policies.
Watch pages load official YouTube embeds. The players connect to Google/YouTube when the page loads, before you press play, and may use cookies and process device, connection and usage information under Google’s privacy policy. Collection cards also load thumbnails from YouTube’s image servers. These external services may process information outside South Africa. You can choose to open the original video directly on YouTube.
Contact and booking enquiries
The forms collect your name, email and message. Booking requests also ask for a telephone number, event details, venue, requirements and planning budget; an organisation name and start time are optional. Required fields are marked. Providing the information is your choice, but we need sufficient details to respond or assess a booking request. Please do not include identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal details.
When delivery is configured, enquiries are sent to admin@diskidomain.com using authenticated email. We use them to respond, discuss requested work and maintain relevant correspondence, not to add you to a marketing list. Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver and protect the service.
The contact handler uses a temporary, secure-session cookie when available, a hidden spam field and short-lived request limits. Anti-spam files contain a keyed identifier rather than a raw IP address, with timestamps used for a 15-minute limit. Inactive files are cleaned after 24 hours as requests arrive. Form messages are not stored in a website database or in browser storage.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, carry out agreed work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Hosting and mailbox backups may have separate retention periods. You may ask about the personal information we hold, request access or correction, object to processing where applicable, or request deletion by emailing admin@diskidomain.com. We may need to verify a request before acting.

Sharing and analytics
Sharing uses your browser’s share sheet or clipboard. Website analytics forwarding is disabled. No analytics or advertising service has been installed as part of this launch build. Any future measurement service will need an updated notice and appropriate privacy and consent arrangements.
Football artwork and rights
The Culture gallery contains AI-generated and digitally transformed, stylised football artwork.
